Was born in 1937. He repeatedly won prizes in the Baltic Cartoon Exhibition and the Republican Cartoon exhibition.
1970, 1980 — Prize of the Shluota republican satirical magazine.
1972, 1986 — Prize of the weekly Literature and Art.
1976 — Diploma in the International Cartoon Exhibition in Belgium.
1977 — Diploma in the International Cartoon Exhibition in Turkey.
