He was born on June 14, 1978 in Frunze, the Kirghiz SSR.
In 1999 he graduated in Agroengineering from the Kyrgyz Agrarian Academy.
His works were published in most of republican press, and he also cooperated with a Kazakhstan media.
His first cartoon was published in the newspaper in 1994.
In 2008 and 2011 he participated  in the Republican Cartoon Contest on freedom of speech.
In 2008 he won the third prize in the The Second Ancient, the Central Asian Cartoon Competition dedicated to the freedom of speech.
In his cartoons he prefer the political and social themes.
He is a member of the Kyrgyzstan Photojournalists Union.
He is a head of the entertainment Internet portal
He is a head of the White Crow, the first in Central Asia design studio of funny advertising.
