In 1986 he graduated from the Department of Applied Graphics at the Moscow Higher Art School (formerly Stroganov School).
In the years 1987-1991. – the main artist of the weekly magazine “New Time”.
Since 1992 he has collaborated with the Publishing House “The Independent Media”.
From 1992 to 1995 – design director and editorial cartoonist of the daily newspaper The Moscow Times.
From 1995 to 1998 – the main artist of the magazine “Playboy” (Russia).
Since 1998 – editor-in-chief of the magazine YES! The Independent Media.
In June 1999, he was appointed publisher of the magazine YES!
