Cartoonist

He  was born in Agsu district in 1976. He has worked as a cartoonist in the Republic press since 1995.
He graduated from  Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University in 2000.
His private exhibitions were held in Azerbaijan and in Iran in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004.
He was at the head of “The Cartoon House” in Azerbaijan in 2004.
He is the author of the books   “Soltan laughs”, “Soltan’s drawings”, “Cartoons”. In 2001-2005 he took part in the International Cartoon Contests held in Egypt, Turkey, Korea, China and took the first and second places. He was given special awards. His paintings were published in many catalogues. He is the member of board in Azerbaijan Cartoonists’ Union from 2006. He is the member  of Azerbaijan group in FECO (FEderation of Cartoonists Organisations). He is the vice-editor of the magazine “We and Cartoon” from 2006.
