He is a laureate of ten All-Union and several international cartoon contests.
Awards: the second prize in Riga (1988), the prize in Japan (1988), the prize of the newspaper Komsomolskaya Pravda (1988, 1989).
Member of the creative association “GOPAK” since 1984.
