He was born on April 25, 1963 in Perm.
Since 1986 – became a member of the Writers’ Union.
In the same year his first caricature was published.
He is a participant and prize-winner of many Russian and international competitions of cartoons.
Since 2004 – member of the Union of Journalists of Russia.
