Cartoonist, writer, diplomatist

Born in Suhaia (Romania) in 1948.
In 1971 graduated from the Academy of Economic Science of Bucharest.
Ex-diplomatic.
Published 7 books – 2 originals and 5 translations.
His first cartoon was published in 1966.
Participated to many national and international cartoon contests.
