Cartoonist, journalist.

He graduated from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute in 1970.
The first caricature was published in the newspaper “Evening Chelyabinsk” in 1974.
After the army he worked in the newspapers “Chelyabinsk Worker” and “Komsomolets”, wrote short notes.
For several years he worked as a journalist.
In 1991 he won the Golden Calf Prize, painted for the Tribune and Trud newspapers, his caricatures were printed in almost all the editions of the Soviet Union, as well as in the Argumenty i Fakty newspaper, the magazine Around Laughter, and in collections of crossword puzzles published by Bauer and Company media holding.
