Mohamed Effat Abd El-Azim Ismail, born February 11, 1948 in Cairo, Egypt. He graduated from the Cairo Academy of Arts in 1976.
Worked as a cartoonist in Akhbar El Youm Press – Egypt.
President of the European Federation of Cartoonists (FECO) in Egypt.

He died in 2019.
