He graduated from the Cheboksary Art College.
Currently, the art editor of the magazine “Kapkan”.
Bykov cartoons were published in many central newspapers and satirical magazines of our country.
The first caricature in the journal Kapkan was published in 1956.
Participant of the international exhibition “Satire in the Struggle for Peace”, “Satire in the Line of Fire”, All-Union Exhibition of Artistic Journalists and many republican exhibitions.
Member of Union of Journalists of the USSR.
