Cartoonist

He was born in 1934 in Craiova. He graduated from the Nicolae Grigorescu Fine Arts Institute in Bucharest. He worked as an graphic artist at the publishing house “Sriksus Romynesk” in Craiova.
His first cartoon was published in 1948. In 1951 he was awarded the first prize of the “Urzika” magazine.
In 1980 he received a prestigious award for book graphics. In 1982 he won third prize at the newspaper cartoon exhibition in Timisoara
He held two personal exhibitions. Constantly published in the press. Participated in many exhibitions in the country and abroad. Member of the Union of Artists of the RAF.
