He was born in 1962 in Novotroitskoe, Kherson region
In 1986 he graduated from the Melitopol State Pedagogical Institute, specializing in geography and zoology.
The first caricature was published in 1988.
A participant in international cartoon contests, in which he received the following awards:

2002 Silver medal, Zagreb (Croatia)
