Cartoonist

A well-known cartoonist and humorist, a member of the Russian Artists Union, a winner of the Golden Calf (Literary newspaper, 1981).
Yuri Aratovsky designed and illustrated about 600 books. His graphic and pictorial works are kept in private collections in Moscow, Paris, Washington and Cologne. With his co-author artist-animator Dmitry Kuchvalsky he created a lot of cartoons.
