Was born in 1950 in Voronezh.
He graduated from Voronezh State University, faculty of the applied mathematics and mechanics. The founder of Voronezh cartoonist club «Shedevr».
At present — director of a private book-publishing firm and editor of the almanac of humour.
Took an active part in cartoon competitions from 1988 till 1991. For that period he has received 15 awards of various value. The most important of them: in Zaporozh’e (1988), Dnepropetrovsk (1988), Trento (1989).
