In 1984, in Novosibirsk, the regional youth newspaper “Youth of Siberia” organized a club of cartoonists “The core of Munchhausen.”
The club consisted of:

Great help in the formation of Siberian artists had a Leningrad journalist Mikhail Kuzmin.
The club members arranged exhibitions, sent works to international contests of cartoons, and were printed in regional large-circulation newspapers (Molodez Sibiri, Sovetskaya Sibir, Vecherny Novosibirsk.
The last exhibition of a cartoon called “Nonsense” (planed frozen fish) was held in the exhibition halls of the Union of Artists by the cartoon club in 1990.
Since then, over the past 15 years, only solo exhibitions of individual authors have been held.
