Association of Israeli Cartoonists.
It was created in 1994 by an initiative group of four people (Gennady Kostovetsky, Mikhail Tetievsky, as well as Vladimir Knizhnik and Dmitry Berenshtein).

The purpose of creation is holding international exhibitions in Israel and propaganda of caricature.
The Association successfully holds annual international cartoon contests.
Activities of the Association with not a fixed number of members are carried out
under the leadership of Gennady Kostovetsky.
